For delicious iced tea, steep 2 teaspoons of loose tea per cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Dilute with equal amounts of water and cold. If desired, sweeten with a simple syrup made by blending equal parts of sugar and hot water. Teas are best when used within one year after purchase. To protect yourself from the harmful effects of air and light, tea should be stored in opaque, airtight container. We use resealable bags that keep your piece of fresh tea and delicious.
